You can book us through most OTAs (On-line Travel Agents) and travel agents, and this is entirely your choice. However, there are distinct advantages booking through our website, call centre or Sales Office. You get the option to join our preferred guest list, which means plenty of offers and promos from time to time. Some OTAs do not share your contact details with us upfront. Which means we may have difficulty communicating with you sometimes. Many OTAs are unable to modify or amend a booking, once confirmed. You may have to cancel and book afresh one. We can modify a booking,  (subjected to Accommodation being Available). There may be charges applicable depending on the hotel policy. We can customise an offer just for you, and give you packaged holidays with inclusions that you want.
We have made our website uncluttered, simple and easy to navigate. No complicated steps or unnecessary form filling. Once you have selected the hotel, rooms, meals and add-ons, you get the availability and price. Just fill in your details and you get directed to our secure payment gateway. Make the payment and you should get an SMS confirming your booking and a booking voucher in your email (don’t forget to check your junk mail in case you don’t see it.) That’s it! And if you need assistance at any stage, we are there to help. Just call/email us.
No, you don’t. The room inventory and rates are real-time, on our website or on OTA websites. However, if you wish, please feel free to call us or email us for any information.
If you have made the booking through our website, you can login and cancel/modify the booking yourself by logging in into your account. Alternatively, you can call/email us and we’d be happy to help. If you have booked through an OTA (On-line Travel Agent) or a travel agent, we suggest that you contact them. Please note that cancellation charges may be applicable in terms of the hotel’s policy. Refunds are processed manually. We take about 2 weeks to process the refund, through it should be well before that.
